On the invitation of the State Protection and Guard Service of the Republic of Moldova to attend the training course "Integrated Close Protection. Trends and Challenges", a delegation from the Internal Security Force "Lekhwiya" in the State of Qatar, headed by Major PSC Nawaf bin Majed Al Maadheed visited the State Protection and Guard Service of the Republic of Moldova. The delegation was received by Mr. Anatolie Golea, the Acting Director of the State Protection and Guard Service.

During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and means of supporting and developing them. The Embassy of the State of Qatar in Chisinau has participated on a football tournament organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Scientific Research of the Republic of Moldova in coordination with the Moldovan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.
