The Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Moldova participated in the annual charity bazaar event held by the International Women's Club in Chisinau, in the presence of H. E Dr. Turki bin Abdullah Zaid Al Mahmoud, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Moldova, and with the participation of diplomatic members of the mission, embassies and international organizations accredited to the Republic of Moldova, in addition to a large number of civil society organizations and commercial companies. The Qatari pavilion caught the attention of all participants and visitors for its distinction from the rest of the pavilions, as it was designed in the form of a Qatari heritage (traditional Qatari house made of Wool), and it was among the most active pavilions in terms of the number of visitors and achieved first place in the volume of sales, which were fully donated to support charitable projects for hospitals and centers to support people at risk and refugees in the Republic of Moldova

H.E President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu, received on Tuesday at the Presidential Palace the credentials of HE Dr Turki bin Abdullah Zaid Al-Mahmoud Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic Moldova. HE the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, to HE President of the Republic of Moldova, and HH the Amir's wishes to HE the President of good health and well-being, and to the government and people of Moldova continued progress and prosperity.
