Mr. Meshaal bin Mohammed bin Ajaj Al Kubaisi, Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Moldova, received at the mission headquarters, the deputy Viorel Barda, Chairman of the Moldovan-Qatari Parliamentary Friendship Group in the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, deputy Alexandr Trubca, Chairman of the Committee on Agriculture and Food Industry and member of the Friendship Group, where they discussed opportunities for bilateral parliamentary cooperation through activating the role of the parliamentary friendship group between the two friendly countries. ​Dl Meshaal bin Mohammed bin Ajaj Al Kubaisi, Însărcinatul cu afaceri al Ambasadei Statului Qatar în Republica Moldova, i-a primit la sediul misiunii, pe deputatul Viorel Barda, președintele Grupului parlamentar de prietenie moldo-qatarez, din cadrul Parlamentul Republicii Moldova, deputatul Alexandr Trubca, Președintele Comisiei pentru Agricultură și Industrie Alimentară și membru al Grupului de prietenie, unde au discutat despre oportunitățile de cooperare parlamentară bilaterală, prin activarea rolului grupului parlamentar de prietenie dintre cele două țări prietene.

Mr. Serghei Diaconu, General Secretary in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova, at the mission headquarters. During the meeting, they reviewed aspects of cooperation between the two sides and means to support and develop them. În cadrul întâlnirii, oficialii au trecut în revistă aspectele cooperării dintre cele două părți și mijloacele de sprijin și dezvoltare ale acestora.

The Embassy of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Moldova participated in the activities of Chisinau Economic Forum 2022, which was organized by the municipality of Chisinau and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova. At the event it was discusses about the possibilities of investment and development for Chisinau, moreover, on the sidelines of the forum, Mr. Faisal bin Ali Albuainain, Counsellor of the mission, met His Excellency Mr. Ion Ceban, Mayor of Chisinau. Ambasada Statului Qatar în Republica Moldova a participat la activitățile Forumului Economic Chișinău 2022, care a fost organizat de către Primăria municipiul Chișinău și Camera de Comerț și Industrie a Republicii Moldova. La eveniment s-a discutat despre posibilitățile de investiții și dezvoltare pentru Chișinău, de asemenea, în cadrul forumului, domnul Faisal bin Ali Albuainain, consilierul misiunii, s-a întâlnit cu Excelența Sa Dl Ion Ceban, Primarul municipiului Chișinău.

The Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Moldova participated in the activities of the Moldova Tourism Forum 2022, which was organized by the Moldovan Ministry of Culture in cooperation with the Moldovan Investment Agency with the support of the US Agency for International Development and Sweden. On the sidelines of the forum, Mr. Faisal Bin Ali Al Buainain, Counsellor of the Mission, met with His Excellency Mr. Sergiu Prodan, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Moldova. Ambasada Statului Qatar în Republica Moldova a participat la activitățile Forumului Moldova Tourism 2022, care a fost organizat de către Ministerul Culturii al Republicii Moldova în cooperare cu Agenția de Investiții din Moldova cu sprijinul Agenției SUA pentru Dezvoltare Internațională și Suedia. Mr. Meshaal bin Mohammed bin Ajaj Al-Kubaisi, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Moldova, participated in the Second meeting of the Strategic Policy Dialogue under the auspices of the Moldovan Ministry of Interior, titled "Together4HomeAffairs" on 22th of September 2022, Her Excellency Mrs. Ana Revenco, Minister of Interior chaired the meeting of the Council in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Jānis Mažeiks, Ambassador of the European Union, His Excellency Mr. Kent Logsdon, Ambassador of the United States of America to Chisinau and a number of high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova and relevant bodies and institutions. Dl Meshaal bin Mohammed bin Ajaj Al-Kubaisi, Însărcinatul cu afaceri al Ambasadei Statului Qatar în Republica Moldova, a transmis condoleanțe în legătură cu trecerea în neființă a Majestății Sale Elisabeta a II-a, regina Marii Britanii și a Irlandei de Nord.

On Saturday, 10/09/2022, the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Moldova participated in the activities of a mini football tournament organized by a non-profit charitable organization called "Hospice Angelus Moldova" to help patients with cancer and incurable diseases, in which a number of embassies, government agencies, major companies and banks in the Republic of Moldova participated. Mr. Hamad bin Khalid Alsheaibi, 2d Secretary of the Mission, presented the Fair Play Cup with the State of Qatar’s logo printed on it and handed it over to the Fair Play team. The mission was also keen to put up a promotional board for the main stadiums where the World Cup matches will be held in Qatar 2022, as well as, the distribution of promotional brochures that show the extent of development witnessed by the State of Qatar in all fields, including sports facilities and infrastructure, in preparation for this major event. Sâmbătă, 25/09/2022, Ambasada Statului Qatar în Republica Moldova a participat în cadrul unui turneu de minifotbal, organizat de către organizația caritabilă non-profit „Hospice Angelus Moldova”, care ajută pacienții cu cancer și boli incurabile; acest turneu având drept participanți o serie de ambasade, agenții guvernamentale, companii importante și bănci din Republica Moldova. Dl Hamad bin Khalid Alsheaibi, Secretar II al misiunii, a prezentat Cupa Fair Play cu sigla Statului Qatar imprimată pe ea, pe care a înmânat-o echipei Fair Play. Misiunea, de asemenea, a plasat un panou promoțional, reprezentând principalele stadioane unde se vor desfășura meciurile Cupei Mondiale Qatar 2022, precum și a distribuit broșuri promoționale care ilustrează nivelul de dezvoltare atins de către Statul Qatar în toate domeniile, inclusiv facilitățile sportive și infrastructura, în pregătirea acestui eveniment major.

Ms. Maia Sandu, President of the Republic of Moldova received Mr. Meshaal bin Mohammed bin Ajaj Al-Kubaisi, Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Moldova, during the celebration ceremony on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Moldova, which was held on Saturday, August 27, 2022. On the sidelines of the celebration, the Chargé d'Affaires met with H.E. Mr. Igor Grosu, the Speaker of the Moldovan Parliament, the ceremony was attended by H.E. Mrs. Natalia Gavrilita, Prime Minister, Ministers, deputies of the Parliament, heads of diplomatic missions and international organizations in Chisinau and senior statesmen. E.S. Dna Maia Sandu, Președintele Republicii Moldova, l-a primit pe Dl Meshaal bin Mohammed bin Ajaj Al-Kubaisi, Însărcinatul cu afaceri al Ambasadei Statului Qatar în Republica Moldova, în cadrul festivității organizată cu ocazia sărbătoririi Zilei Independenței Republicii Moldova, care a avut loc sâmbătă, 27 august 2022. În cadrul ceremoniei, Însărcinatul cu afaceri s-a întâlnit cu E.S. Dl Igor Grosu, Președintele Parlamentului Republicii Moldova, la festivitate a participat E.S. Dna Natalia Gavrilița, Prim-ministrul RM, miniștri, deputați ai Parlamentului, șefi ai misiunilor diplomatice și organizațiilor internaționale de la Chișinău și înalți oficiali de stat.

H.E. Ambassador Hamad bin Rashid Al-Athba, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Moldova, received H.E. Mr. Cernăuțeanu Viorel, Head of the General Inspectorate of Police of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Moldova, in the presence of Mr. Meshaal bin Mohammed bin Ajaj Al-Kubaisi, Minister Plenipotentiary in the mission. They reviewed during the meeting, the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and means of supporting and developing them. E.S. Ambasadorul Hamad bin Rashid Al-Athba, Însărcinatul cu afaceri al Ambasadei Statului Qatar în Republica Moldova, a avut o întrevedere cu E.S. Dl Cernăuțeanu Viorel, Șeful Inspectoratului General al Poliției al Ministerului Afacerilor Interne al Republicii Moldova, în prezența Dl Meshaal bin Mohammed bin Ajaj Al-Kubaisi, Ministrul plenipotențiar al misiunii. Oficialii au trecut în revistă, în cadrul întâlnirii, relațiile bilaterale dintre cele două țări prietene și mijloacele de susținere și dezvoltare a acestora.
