On Saturday, 25/9/2021, the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Moldova participated in the activities of a mini-football tournament organized by a non-profit charitable organization called "Hospice Angelus Moldova" to help patients with cancer and incurable diseases, in which a number of embassies, government agencies, major companies and banks in the Republic of Moldova participated. The Chargé d’Affaires, Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-Athba, presented the Fair Play Cup with the State of Qatar’s logo printed on it and handed it over to the Fair Play team. The mission was also keen to put up a promotional board for the main stadiums where the World Cup matches will be held in Qatar 2022, as well as the distribution of promotional brochures that show the extent of development witnessed by the State of Qatar in all fields, including sports facilities and infrastructure, in preparation for this major event.  At the of the sport’s event, the Chargé d’Affaires presented a speech in which he mentioned the keenness of the embassy to participate in the charity events held in the Republic of Moldova, the proceeds of which are directed to cancer patients, people with special needs, recipients of social services and their families.

Sâmbătă, 25/9/2021, Ambasada Statului Qatar în Republica Moldova a participat la activitățile unui turneu de minifotbal, organizat de o organizație caritabilă non-profit numită „Hospice Angelus Moldova, pentru a ajuta pacienții cu cancer  și boli incurabile, în cadrul căruia au participat o serie de ambasade, agenții guvernamentale, companii importante și bănci din Republica Moldova.  Însărcinatul cu afaceri Dl Hamad bin Rashid Al-Athba, a prezentat Cupa Fair Play cu sigla Statului Qatar imprimată pe ea și a înmânat-o echipei Fair Play.  Misiunea a fost, de asemenea, dornică să plaseze un panou promoțional cu principalele stadioane unde se vor desfășura meciurile Cupei Mondiale Qatar 2022, precum și distribuirea de broșuri promoționale care reflectă nivelul de dezvoltare atins de către Statul Qatar în toate domeniile, inclusiv facilitățile sportive și infrastructura, în pregătirea acestui eveniment major.  În cadrul evenimentului sportiv, Însărcinatul cu afaceri a ținut un discurs, în care a menționat dorința ambasadei de a participa la evenimentele de caritate desfășurate în Republica Moldova, ale căror venituri sunt destinate pacienților cu cancer, persoanelor cu nevoi speciale, destinatarii serviciilor sociale și familiile acestora.
