H.H. Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar sent a congratulatory message to H.E. Ms. Maia Sandu, elected President of the Republic of Moldova, on the occasion of her victory on the second round of the Moldovan presidential elections, which took place on November 15, 2020.
The telegram was delivered by H.E. Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-Athba, Chargé d'Affaires at the Embassy of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Moldova
