H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani, Deputy Emir of the State of Qatar sent a congratulatory message to H. E. Ms. Maia Sandu, the elected President of the Republic of Moldova, on the occasion of her victory in the second round of the Moldovan presidential elections, which took place on November 15, 2020.
