His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-Athba, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. at the Embassy of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Moldova, met with HE Mrs. Monica Babuk, Minister of Education, Culture and Research of the Republic of Moldova, on the sidelines of the celebration organized on the 9th of November 2018 by the Ministry on the occasion of the Science Day of the Republic of Moldova, at the National Theater “Mihai Eminescu”.
