Mr. Meshaal bin Mohammed bin Ajaj Al-Kubaisi, Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Moldova, participated in the Fifth Ministerial Conference of the Moldova Partnership Platform, under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Dorin Recean, Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, in the presence of Her Excellency Ms. Maia Sandu, President of the Republic of Moldova, H.E Mr. Mihai Popșoi , Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E Mrs. Annalena Baerbock, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany, H.E Mr. Stéphane Séjourné, Minister of Foreign Affairs of France, and H.E Mrs.  Luminita Odobescu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania, also, the event was attended by 65 delegations led by ministers, deputy ministers and state secretaries of the partner countries, representatives of the diplomatic staff and international organizations.
