Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-Athba, Chargé d'Affairs at the Embassy of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Moldova, received at the embassy in the capital Chisinau, His Excellency Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Dino Ostavciuc, Head of the “Ștefan Cel Mare” Police Academy of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Moldova and Her Excellency Lieutenant Colonel / Victoria Jitari, Director of the International Relations Department at the Academy.

 Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-Athba was awarded the Medal of Cooperation from the Academy of Ștefan Cel Mare and a certificate in the name of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Moldova, in appreciation of the embassy’s efforts in developing cooperation and coordination between the Police College in the State of Qatar and the Stefan Cel Mare Academy in the Republic of Moldova.

Dl Hamad bin Rashid Al-Athba, Însărcinatul cu afaceri al Ambasadei Statului Qatar în Republica Moldova, l-a primit la ambasada din capitala Chișinău pe Excelența Sa locotenent-colonelul  Dr. Dinu Ostavciuc, Rectorul Academiei de Poliție „Ștefan  Cel Mare ” a Ministerului Afacerilor Interne al Republicii Moldova și pe locotenent-colonelul Dna Victoria Jitari, Director al Departamentului Relații Internaționale al Academiei.

  Domnului Hamad bin Rashid Al-Athba i-a fost acordată Medalia Cooperării din partea Academiei Ștefan Cel Mare și un certificat în numele Ambasadei Statului Qatar în Republica Moldova, ca apreciere a eforturilor ambasadei în dezvoltarea cooperării și coordonării dintre Colegiul de Poliție din Statul Qatar și Academia Ștefan Cel Mare din Republica Moldova.
